I cannot, and do not wish to dictate the direction of these threads. I will, however, say that I am tired of seeing arguments degenerate into personal attacks.
Going forward, please refrain from these type of personal attacks (attack ideas, not people), and while I'm not too worried about foul language, I'd also like to see the word "gay" (and its 'leet variations) dropped as an adjective other than in cases where you are describing how joyful you are.
Finally, I have let the Fredrickson menace run its course from amusing trolling, to hardcore trolling, to what's become an out-and-out attempt to hijack every thread to his personal agenda. Fred, you can expect to see a lot of your posts of this nature deleted from now on, I have been more than patient, and you have no one but yourself to blame for this individual treatment (in other words, if it seems I am picking on you, it's because I am--you've earned it).
There will be posts deleted based on the above. I am not happy about this, and I think folks are quite aware that I try not to take too active a hand in moderating these forums, but enough is enough.  |
