One of the reasons the game cost a lot less to make is that it was that the studio is in Poland, so the cost-of-living is a lot less. But beyond that, it wasn't "considerably small." Seriously. It really wasn't. CD Projeckt Red is a big studio in Poland, with lots of people on staff.
