At anyrate it's still amazing to me how people can be so up in arms about regular American citizen's tax rates, yet they're fine with government spending like the world is going to end tomorrow. Gotta love that entitlement mentality. I think you'd find that most people are for reduced spending. The difference is that you have one side that wants to solve the problem by working things out long term and the other side that thinks we should tear everything down. The Founding Fathers developed a government that was designed to act slow and deliberately, but you got atleast 30% of the population that believes the country should be run like a business. Their representatives also don't feel like negotiating. That's the problem.
