I'm remembering in particular after the "Everything's Terrible!" achievement unlocks that it mentions something about the difficulty spike.

From looking it up, that's after six times through.

Guess I will check it out....

So I just finished "End 5" which would be the 6th. Got the Fetus in the Jar. So I assume after "End 6" it gets harder. That last playthrough I had a slow moving character, but powerful, and took me 50 minutes.
