Also don't forget to have questions FOR THEM.
They always allow for your own near the end, be knowledgable about the organization, news about them, etc. I always like to ask "What do YOU not like about the organization and what are things that YOU would change". There are many variations of that, always good things to ask. Anyone that says "nothing" is lying.
