Great answers guys thanks a ton. He has already been on one phone interview and a face to face with the local HR person. If he passes the IT phone interview they are going to fly him out for a face to face. He did tell me they asked him about a co-worker that was slacking and what would he do. I told him to be honest and be his self. He has a great personality and lots of real world experience, but with a small company.

I kind of wish I had applied. From what he has told me it's a great company with loads of benefits.
