Agreed, GTAIV was a terrible game and it confuses me how anyone can still like this gameplay concept. They really need to do a proper combat system and proper (non mini-game annoyance) character interaction - Dynamic choices in dialog would go a long way there. It's equally confusing when you look at how much fun Prototype or Saints Row was, these games learned the lessons GTA refuses to learn for nearly 4 games now.
