Thanks, yes, the game is completely free-to-play, and the store is optional. Every gameplay advantage can be gotten by playing for free. The store is for folks who are enjoying the game and want to progress a bit faster, or want to customize their character, or just want to support the developers of a game they like. -Blue Mammoth Matt
