You don't think the game industry is trying to get that R18 category in austrailia passed? It may not have nearly the nationwide impact as banking laws, but laws relating to video games do exist, they are political (usually as part of a politician saying ITS FOR THE CHILDREN prior to running for re-election), and lobby groups exist to try and lobby for or against them.

I challenge any one of you to point out, objectively, why you believe EA is the worst company in America. Why? I didn't vote in the poll.
