For us this was never about a trade mark So why did you try to trademark the entire word then? And why didn't you just back out when Bethesda said "Yeah, about that 'scrolls' trademark, we're not going to be happy with that, because, you know, elder SCROLLS series." Seems like a lot of smoke being blown. Anyway, one fewer lawsuit clogging up the system. Creston
