Atmosphere: One great strength of the original was the great atmosphere and creepy music. I'm heartened by the creepy Matrixy title and that they showed a night level. But all the aliens were visible all the time in the video, and the apprehension the original was not knowing where they were. Hopefully they are able to repro the creepy atmosphere of the original.

That's a concern of mine as well. I'm assuming that Fog of War type bug hunting not making for exciting trailers is why none of that was shown, so I'm waiting for more in depth preview of that. Like you said, the fear of stepping off your transport with the first soldier and seeing blackness all around you in the original was delicious.
