Why would things change? I won't suddenly want to play Diablo style games online with other people when i want to play them alone without other people.
In fact, if Blizzard adds a "everyone leave me the fuck alone" game-mode .. dunno, maybe call it "Single Player" then I will stop whining 
What constitutes Single player for me in D3?
Nobody can join, see me playing, find me in any way or add me in anyway, or talk to me online via B.Net
No items allowed that were acquired over the auction house
No auction house
No Characters created outside Single Player games
No Anti-Cheat running in the background
No Spyware spying on what I do.
What a revolutionary concept that is!
(In case you don't get my sarcasm, this is what Blizzard should have done for SP mode, and now guess once why they didn't do that. If RMT auction house comes to mind, you are winner!
If that happens, i could even stop bitching about the Cloud DRM crap ;/
Also, I would SO roll on the floor if the game-mode I want were to be only offered by pirates
