I imagine so. They did the same thing for original witcher and the enhanced/directors versions. My steam copies were upgraded free. Probably stuff just getting lost in translation, I'm sure they meant anyone who has purchased the game prior to that date. And actually, if its anything like witcher one, after that date it will be included on all future copies.
This is a company that has proven that they good care of their customers. |
