On RAGE optimizations

Hey guys,

For a mere 20 bucks I couldn't stop myself from buyin Rage today during my lunchbreak.

I have an ATI Radeon HD 5780 and 4 gigs of RAM and I wonder if anyone knows what helped them the best in getting the best performance and graphics in Rage. Did you tweak .ini files? Did you update/downgrade drivers? Any settings you turned on or off? It would be really helpful if you could let me know. I hear tens and tens of different types of fixes on the internet and this is my attempt in filtering out the crap.
