By and large people that buy a game at midnight and play it all evening long are going to love the game even if it sucks. They're the wheelhouse for the game. They're the ones that want more of the same everything.
And those people reviewing on metacritic are claiming to have stood in line at midnight, come home, played it, and written the review. Best case they've had the game 12 hours. Worst 9.
Given this, how many of those user reviews do you think are valid?
How many are BF3 fans that haven't played?
How many hate Activision and haven't played?
I'm not saying the game is great, or even good. I'm saying 99% of those reviews are from fanboy idiots. Much like every 10 that would show up right now would be. |
