I'm not saying I want said PERKS every level. I'd be happy to get real cool ones once every 5 levels or something. What I was saying is that I almost wouldn't call these perks PERKS but moreso the same stuff you expect when leveling up.

The 2h-Sword PERKS come closest to what I expected from them when Todd Howard talked about Fallout 3 like PERKS.

Oh well.

Also, is it me or do the Bethesda games upcoming -- Rage and Skyrim -- look like they are missing some fundamental... something.. I can't put my finger on? My gutts tell me Rage is just gonna be a disappointment. Same with Skyrim, although my fanboism made me pre-order it anyway.
