There is a large server up as I write this: http://www.game-monitor.com/search.php?vars=gamevariant=fh2&game=bf2 It's an experimental project to go over the BF2 64 player cap and as such the servers are up and down. Also the mad scientist running them might put on vanilla or PR often times. Most recently I played on an FH2 server with 128 players on an ATI 4850 with no issue, aside the fact the server is hosted in Finland.
