I agree with everything you said, but this was the biggest reason why I quit.
It's not that it wasn't possible to learn the harder content and make progress despite the other problems...it's that it wasn't worth suffering through a community where every single person seems to look at the people next to them as bad players who need to learn to play.
Exactly, it's that unfriendly and unhelpful attitude that tends to permeate those sorts of communities. It's evident even in this comment section in a few people who can't stop themselves from trying to belittle everyone else who doesn't share their opinion. |
