Blizzard as a company may possess it's own internal leadership but those people still answer to the parent company. They are only in control of their own destiny in the sense that a rational person wouldn't kill the goose laying the golden eggs. Of course rationality and the corporate side of the industry always go hand in hand so there is no cause for concern.
