I'm going to start playing The Witcher again.
This time I intend to finish it. I also think it'll be more interesting having read the two translated books since most of the characters are in the books.
Enhanced Edition retail with 1.5 patch and Director's Cut. Getting the game patched up was pretty annoying though as apparently both the 1.5 patch and the DC I got from CD Projekt itself were corrupted. But I only discovered that after trying 4 other troubleshooting tips. Also I'm pretty sure I now have Tages on my system (even Windows 7 bitched about, something along the lines of "we're disablin' some bad shit automatically for you".
Really not missing the pre-Steam patching days. |
