I have P90X. Those videos are intense and require the chinup bar. Probably way to intense for most here (especially if you think you can get fit using the wii or kinect).

Best thing to do is get into a good cardio routine for 45 min/day. Requires no equipment, just your feet. Oh, and lay off the Cheetos.
