The game is nothing like Stalker IMO. I didn't like Stalker at all. Way too open and sandbox. Metro is the complete opposite. It's a good story on rails. You'll go where it wants you to go, and no turning back. But they deliver it very well. There are a few humorous parts too. I put Fallout down for this one (plan on returning to New Vegas after I finish). I think I'm around 8 or 9 hours in, so I'm not sure how close I am to the end.
