Was excited about this - but it is a pass or bargain bin for me.

The recoil is realistic. People are used to the fake, overblown recoil from other games. This game comes pretty close to what the 5.56 recoil is like in real life. (Although the AK recoil seems just a tad understated, probably to balance game play.)

Don't like the no ping thing either. Net code seems OK, though. No choppy frames, no people porting around, hits register.

Spawning seems to be an admin function. Server I just played on was 10 seconds between death and spawn.
