I don't really see a problem with used games on the consumer side of things, I just don't think corporations should be able to insert themselves as the middle man using consumer protection laws as a smokescreen for their billion dollar profit margins.
I think Prez and Velvet should be able to trade/buy/sell whatever they want. I think Gamestop shouldn't be able to do that with 100 copies of a game without some form of distribution license with a royalty agreement.
