That being said, as far as I can remember every PS3 comes with a HD built in it, and personally (your mileage might vary) I have yet to meet someone that has bought an Xbox360 without a hard drive. This is true but MS and Sony generally require that your game be playable from disc. Console developers would love it if HD installs were mandatory but alas, that's not the case just yet.
