Seriously? Game conventions, Big Comic Cons, game forums, regular game matches, anywhere else you'd normally go to look at or buy geek stuff, role-playing with friends, etc. It's the same as meeting other people who have any other hobby. You hang out where they hang out and don't act creepy or be obsessive. It's that last one that foils most. A lot of gamers tend to talk exclusively about what games they've played and that gets old for all but the hard-core.
