Yes, piracy does exist on consoles, but I'd guess that PC game piracy is much more rampant due to the fact that it's just a hell of a lot easier to pirate PC games. Ubisoft probably made the right decision for their bottom line by releasing the PC version later. Exactly! Because Bioware had to do the exact same thing with Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age so they could make a bit of money in the piracy-choked PC market! Ohhhhhh......WAIT!!

Well, releasing a PC version slightly later isn't something they HAVE to do in order to have a financially successful product, but if Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age were being torrented on or before launch day, then they probably left a few dollars on the table.
