Even a cdkey is a form of DRM. DRM doesn't just mean "software that fucks up your computer". It's a pretty encompassing term that represents many forms of protection for software and intellectual property. So yes, account structured authentication counts as well in my opinion.
Ditto, C&C4 beta was boring. It's nothing like the previous C&C games (excluding RA3).

Having a valid key to play online to connect to master server is OK for me. It's not that annoying.
