I'd like to see Dark Forces and Jedi Knight actually remade with better graphics, balance improvements, etc. Same with Interstate 76, Arcanum, System Shock 2 and a host of other classics. That'd require investment beyond simply making the game compatible with current operating systems and hiring a PR guy to make hyped announcements.
