Only one of those questions has a definitive yes or no answer, and it's probably not the one people want to admit.
Of course he's considered a "real" journalist just because he spouts the popular line here. The article was indeed a huge dose of rhetoric, and is trying to take an issue that is shades of gray and turn it into PUBLISHERS BAD!
