Last night - a bit snowy, not too bad though.
This late morning/early afternoon - thunder and a bit of rain, but warmer... snow's mostly settled if not melting away.
Decide to go to Watertown and Arsenal malls to check out DVD deals, if any...
In the span of ten minutes, while out until about 15 minutes ago...
1. Turn into Watertown Mall parking lot - sunny, not too cold, felt like it was in the mid-40s (F) - proceed to go into mall, look around, etc. (It's a tiny mall, really.)
2. Get back to car, turn out of the parking lot to head toward Arsenal mall across the street - overcast, flakes start falling.
3. Park, open door at Arsenal - VERY windy, with heavy snowfall. Get Casshern DVD, head back to car.
4. Close car door, head back home (less than 5 min away). Not even 1/4 of the way there the snow stops, all is sunny again and (relatively) warm.
Granted, I live in New England... but WTF? Yeah WTF. Is that the same New England? Today? Was sunny and nice most of the day in Providence, in and out of clouds, but nothing major.
Nothing major for the week upcoming, but we're going to have to cancel another star party due to weather, and we haven't been to the observatory on a Saturday or Tuesday in weeks (since New Year's I think). I'm ready for winter to end.
