LOL like who? Other armchair lawyers on other internet forums?
Obviously this is being taken seriously by the right people...the courts. If the claims were frivolous the judge would have already tossed it and it wouldn't be getting to the subpoena stage.
I'm keeping an open mind about this. You have already made up your mind based on facts you don't even have.
