Frankly I hate the voice chat on the 360 entirely. In my experience, 99% of the people who talk on xbox live are complete idiots I don't want to hear talking when I'm trying to enjoy a game. Instead of using voice chat for discussing strategy, it's used to tell everyone else they're n00bs who suck and that they need to learn how to play the game. It's a shame there isn't a system-wide option to disable incoming and outgoing voice chat.
