Dyack's statement is quite suspect. If "a number" (which I'm going to assume is more than just his ass) of other developers have had similar problems with Epic, why have they not sued? This would be a common complaint against Epic. I'm fairly certain this is simply Dyack attempting to divert attention from his flailing company by blaming Epic for all of Silcon Knight's development woes. UE3 has been licensed across the fucking world, with dozens of licensees, if Epic ran their business this way we wouldn't be hearing about it just now.
