They are full of crap

I have no faith in Blizzard. I never bought gold for use on WOW (I didn't need to). Yet they closed my account. Claimed that's what I was doing. The username and server they cited me as being on I had never heard of. Therefore I presumed that my account had been hacked. It was also curious that the period of time whih they claimed I broke the TOS was a period of time in which I didn't have an active subscription to their service. When I presented all these facts to them in the form of a certified letter, they sent me a letter back saying that their policy is not to negotiate with people who break the terms of service and that all further communication will be filed for legal purposes only and ignored. Real f'n nice, Blizzard. Ignore the fact that my username and password were hacked on yuor own f'n servers. Way to go. Ban an account from an honest person. REAL nice. -TNC-
