You do realize you're using less keyboard than I am, right? If you keep your fingers on sdfg and I keep mine on shift-sef then I actually have my fingers more spread out than you do. So you're "small hands" argument makes no sense. Which is kind of fitting. Funny - you are wrong. Imagine that.
I have access to more of the keyboard by using a row of keys rather than a group. I have 4 buttons on mouse other than LMB and RMB. I showed basic controls - as we have had this discussion many times.
That might have been fine 7yrs ago but it's not very practical now and it's easier having it set for alternate weapon mode, for sniper rifles and such. That is such an awkward setup I'm surprised that anyone would choose it. Right thumb is alternate - when used for something else, T is alternate.
I have access to ~ - 9, TAB, qwertyui, ahjk, shift, ctrl, zxcvbnm,./, left alt, right alt , without lifting my left hand.
