Riley, I was posting in response to the guy who said "Darwinia was pretty nice too, even before it was released on Steam" Next time you might try quoting the poster to make it obvious to whom and what you refer. Not everyone views these posts in threaded view.
which disregards the fact that it was made available for half the price when put onto Steam. Now that statement is untrue. Darwinia was $30 in 2005 if purchased directly and less if purchased from retailers (see http://forums.introversion.co.uk/darwinia/viewtopic.php?t=2004 ), and the direct price may have been lowered after that thread in April 2005 although I am not going to search around for later pricing as that post already proves your claim to be wrong.
