Rock Climber, you can get a purple heart award but your ratio has to be pretty bad like 1 kill for every 5 deaths.

Medics get screwed pretty bad in BF2. Their revives are pretty meaningless since those that they revive are immediately up to be shot again instead of being invulnerable, if only for a second or two as was done in Wolfenstein so the revived player can get out of the way.
