well - you right it does say "trailer", but its nothing but gameplay... and man it looks bad

This is exactly what I mean; the unified lighting is shot to hell. Notice how the second NPC doesn't cast any shadows. In a bit later he does have a shadow, but the opacity of it doesn't match up with the self shadowing he has - his back is far darker than the shadow he's casting.
