automatic time functions heh, i was thinking about all those $4000 Rolex auto-everything watches, wearers will have to manually adjust them! oh the humanity.

The time change is supposed save energy because people have more daylight in the evening and do not have to turn on lights. well that was great back in the day in 1975 when the study on which the decision is based was done, and most people worked 9-5 (office) or 7-3 (factory) so it was probably valid, but now people work 80 hours/week and get up at 4:00 AM to avoid traffic, so any energy saved at the end of the day is used up at the start!
I hate getting up and going to work in the dark, it's like living in the twilight zone.
