Yes, it has been well known to the author of that site that his has been blocked on some corporate firewalls, under that exact criteria: tasteless.

Which is why he posted the following after finding out about this:

Since Websense has decided to block my site, I've decided to block Websense for a change. That is, I've blocked the entire company and all its employees from ever visiting my site again.
