Ya you can tell HL2 has aged ALOT. I remember being wowed by that 25minute E3 video, and now it's nothing more than, I'll play it just for the heck of it. So many games since that that have made HL2's growl into a whimper. Looking at those screenshots make you even realize just how old the game is looking already compared to future games coming out. Look at the walls, my god, they are like blurry even. The guns are looking pretty weak in detail and style. Really, the only gun worth playing it for is the magnetic one. I'm really only looking forward to the mods. I'm playing Red Orchestra right now just as a hold until DoD comes out on Source. Counter Strike is losing it's appeal overall and most other mods that come out are crap. We'll see what happens.
