Hrm, I have to agree with waiting. I am very excited about the concept, and even when first playing BF1942, thought to myself, Star Wars could SO SO benefit from this engine.
Then they announced it. Hrmf.
Anyway...back at the hall of justice...(weird warping noise)..we look up on the screen all to notice that the BF engine is great, but it's never been fine tuned, and can still be a problem, after all, it's a beast that got created, and they can't tame it. Add in nice neon lazer gun firing across your screen, and well, it changes the game play drastically here. So..like it was said..I'll wait with the rest of you, as much as I hate too, and would like this game to rock, releasing it on the samne day as DVD release seems suspicious of over-hype/add some marketing to help it scenario which bothers me. Here's Hoping!
