What if a pregnant woman is hit and killed by a drunk driver as she walks up to the entrance of an abortion clinic, fully intending to use their services? Is it double murder then? .... You can't have it both ways. Yes, that's the primary point of the law. Its anti-abortion proponents want to convince people that "abortion on demand" is a barbaric policy.
