Mass Effect 2 Trailer

GameTrailers.com has an E3 trailer for Mass Effect 2 that may not answer all the storyline questions about BioWare's upcoming RPG sequel, but does offer a couple of glimpses of gameplay. It's starting to sound more and more like Shepard is about as dead as Snake Pliskin.

I only played ME through once, as a male Soldier taking the paragon path. I think it's time to reinstall and give it a few more passes now.
