Delta Force Xtreme 2 Beta

Open beta testing of Delta Force Xtreme 2 is now underway, even though NovaLogic has been tight-lipped so far about this new Delta Force game. FilePlanet is currently offering the beta client to paid subscribers only, but the client is mirrored on AtomicGamer and FileFront. There are no accompanying details, but checking it out shows single-player and multiplayer support. There is also now a preorder page for the game on Direct2Drive where we can find first details on the full game, but there is no footnote for the asterisk on the note about 150 player games:
