CryENGINE 3 Movie

A new GDC trailer for CryENGINE 3 shows off more of Crytek's next game engine in an expanded version of the clip released earlier this week, now offering much more gameplay footage. The clip serves to confirm the emphasis being placed on console support in the new engine, as it alternates between scenes rendered on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The clip is posted on ActionTrip, AtomicGamer, and MyGameTrailers.

After playing the Crysis Tank Battle level I must say that I have never seen any engine come close to the visuals this engine can.

I really wish companies like Bethesda would just lease this engine and make their games on it, though may the Cryengine cannot load dynamically and has to be confined to levels.

Oh man.. an Eldar Scrolls using Cryengine 2?
