WAR Preorder SNAFU

The Consumerist has a tale of woe from a customer who changed residences after they preordered the Warhammer Online: Age Of Reckoning Collector's Edition from Electronic Arts some months ago. They sought to give EA an updated address for when the game ships, and learned that this is not possible, and that the only options available were to allow the game to ship to his old address and attempt to sort things out from there, or to cancel the preorder and lose out on his chance to get the now sold-out Collector's Edition.
