I imagine the housing market in MODERN DAY America anit to far from crappy either. I was tmaking a jab at Jerykk's general criticism more than anything, but no shit to your point either...I went shopping last month for a new domicile. Good thing recessions aren't gauged on the rise/fall of housing market.
At any rate, the first part of the preview is brilliant; not sure what some people's criticisms are about it. I remember the run-ups to the first two games (Fallout 1-2, not Tactics) and Interplay satirized the whole 1950's nuclear war paranoia, but this preview fucking rocks at it. Hits it spot on. Happy-go-lucky hypocrisy of government and justification of nuclear annihilation at the hands of bickering old white-Anglo politicians who never actually worked a day in their life. If it's not the Russians, it's the Chinese! Always an enemy readily available for the US to conquer, always Communism (though how far strayed from original Marxist/Leninist/Mao'ist doctrine it is, it doesn't matter)
Though, with all due respect, even Jerykk's criticism of the upcoming game has gone from inane fanboi BS bitching to light criticism of things that really don't mean much in the long run of the game (again, my previous quote about you a bunch of months back "speaking in generalities to merely having something to say than to make a point" still applies). You're getting there, son. A little tighter focus on articulating exactly what bothers you about the game (if anything) and you'll start expressing ideas that can be counted as actual criticism
