Some shouting last weekend lead to some slight hoarseness in my voice, and a
little superficial research suggests that this apparently called Laryngitis just
like voice loss caused by colds and such. The best treatment for my condition is
said to be not to use my voice for a while, which would clear things up in a
matter of days, so anyone who knows me and my verbose nature will understand why
I now fear this may never go away.

The key to solving the "reduced sex after marriage" problem -- marry a nympho. Good buddy of mine did that -- five years later he claims she hasn't slowed down yet. Obviously, I have no proof so take it with a grain of salt. But I believe him...
Obviously, it's a very individual thing. I'm sure there are marriages that go both ways. My personal guess would be a majority of the time the frequency is high to begin with and it lowers over time. *shrug* Personally, I could never get married. I enjoy my time alone WAY too much. And I'm far to selfish to give that up.  |
